All participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
Deadline for electronic submission of abstracts is 15 April 2007.
Submit your abstract (in English) electronically to www.eurovirology.org using the online abstract form.
Abstracts cannot be accepted in any other form.

Abstract Guidelines

• Submission
• The abstract text including title, authors, affiliations, and references should not exceed 1.500 characters (spaces are counted). Additional characters will not be accepted by the submission processing system. Please submit the same abstract only once (no resubmission).
• You can revise your submitted abstract. Make changes, additions, amendments, change/add/delete authors, re-write the abstract, until the Abstract Submission Deadline: 15 April 2007. After this date your account will be closed.
• Make sure that the E-mail address of the corresponding author is spelled correctly. Provide complete information as requested in the electronic form. These data will be used to confirm that your abstract has been received. Please check carefully all details required by the online submission system. If some of your data are missing or wrong, red boxes are shown giving you corresponding instructions and additional information.
• Confirmation of receipt of your abstract submission will be sent by E-mail to the corresponding author. If you do not receive a confirmation, your abstract has NOT been submitted.

• Procedure
• The presenting author of an oral or poster presentation has to register and pay for the conference no later than 15 April 2007. If payment is not received by 15 April 2007 the submitted abstract(s) will not be evaluated by the scientific committee.
• Abstracts will be selected for either oral (to be included in Workshop Sessions) or poster presentation. When submitting an abstract , authors agree to accept either form of presentation.
• The corresponding author will be notified by E-Mail by 25 May 2007 about acceptance for either oral or poster presentation of the abstract(s) submitted.

• Abstract book
• All accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book of the Congress. Please submit your abstract in correct English. Neither corrections nor changes will be made, i.e. proofreading will not be done. Abstracts will be printed in the form as submitted.

• Oral and Poster Presentations
• Time allowed for oral presentation of the paper is limited to 10 minutes. Afterwards 5 minutes are reserved for discussion.
